hey guys seems to me the caliber of fighters is getting pretty good. if anyone has some tips to help the new guys get better we should post them here

read yacoobs manual as well.


try to not to spam the big hook every 3 seconds. only fire at will when you know you can land.. <----- easier said then done.. im the worst for that

Fight every one. The best the worst all of them. Many diffrent styles only prime you.

Don't always use the jab, only when in danger and in the start of the rounds. In the early rounds you porbably need to use it all the time to reserve stamina.

Heres a tip for new fighters

Always aim your shots carefully when there is an opening. Accuracy is always important in OB and boxing in general.

Other tip is never use the big hook when the other fighter counters it, it will be be big risk and you will get KO'ed.

Defense is very important. Get used to defending the body shots and stepping in and out of range for the punches. This will also build your accuracy, timing and counter punching speed up as you will get used to reacting quickly to what the other fighter is doing.
