HOF ?

In "my time" everyone who could fight and were good would get in the hof. including me lol. But today u have to be a demolition ko wrecking machine for years to be even considered. I think we have to make some rules about this.

I agree Larry,

I belive a HOFER should be a consistent top player. Not a fighter who wins good for a few days then falls off. I dont think you need to play for years or dominate like crazy.

I worked very hard and I think to hard at a game just to become a elite. Like I said a player who is top 5 and is aways giving hard fights should be considerd.

I can name a few in the past.

yeah i agree with Sugarray to be considered for sure, and maybe nigel benn.

its strange because the first three people to be inducted in the HOF were on the same day, and the next within two weeks.

Yea i agree it looks way too hard to get into the HOF like Unstop got like 6000 fights and he Just got in an JT was an elite an if he came back he probaly still would be in the Boxing Fanatics forum theres an old post where almost everybody said he should be in the HOF but yet hes still not in,maybe its beacuse hes no active but this is just an example

And sugarray has been an elite for quite awile,so i think sugarray should be inducted also,aswell as Tyrant should be also

Thanks for the mention Boxa, but a bit too soon I think for me to be considered, but when November comes, maybe I might be considered for the following criteria;

In my first year I would have amased over 3000 wins, hung with the legends and won numerous titles and defences, so maybe I could get in for he fact I've become a top contender real quickly, but that's only if the HOF criteria changes. At the moment you have to be super champ numerous times for a while, play the game for like 3 years and like Larry said be a KO wrecking machine, that's just too damn hard to do.

Doing what HTF, Unstop and larry achieved isn't easy, they are very talented at this game, so there should be different ways of getting in, but without dumbing it down.

sugarray has always competed at the top level and lets not forget he is the only man with the right to say "I was the first ever Undisputed & Superchampion of Online Boxing". When those extra belts and rankings came, he fought his butt off to the top, beat some good champions and secured all 4 thrones.

Sugarray and JT would get my vote.

Tyrant,as much as I like you.I would need to see a little more from you,and Niggel is also a great guy,but hes hasnt done much to deserve it.

But maybe there should be an " honorable mention" or "OBHOF prospects" page for those who are getting close.

Your point well taken Larry. The criteria for getting in has shifted. Some of the existing HOF'ers would not have gotten inducted today which goes to show you how good HTF and Unstop really are to get inducted in recent times.

There actually use to be an honorable mention on the HOF page, it also mentioned future candidates. When the HOF was created I am pretty sure we had a good structure in place also, what happened?
