need help downloading

ive been playing this game since 2003-2004 and the game went dead. I recently seen there a more people playing than in a while but I cant figure out how to download the game back I installed the game and got java what could I b missing any help is appreciated.

Just download the zip file and unpack it..then in the new folder run client.bat
