New Stamina Poll:

Is there a way we can set up a poll and vote for if we like the new stamina mode, or the older one? Tracing IP addresses would be nice so we don't get a whole bunch of votes from one guy.

Just a thought.

Or is the Stamina issue already dealt with?

It really is not good and should be turned back the way it was. I have already outlined my reasoning with examples on other thread.

I agree with Rocky Marciano. I created a fighter called "Steroid" and tested the new stamina change. I had 2 fights against Apollo Creed and won both...however I didn't like the stamina change...it doesn't seem as realistic...if my opponent or myself throws a lot of punches that miss...I would like energy and stamina to decrease properly. I hate that people can now throw millions upon millions of punches that don't hit me...and not get tired...it's CRAZY...please change it back Mikkel...for the love of boxing!!

It noobified the game to a point I am thinking of just quitting again. I am doing fine despite this change. I am just spamming now and doing it slightly better. That being said it really is not fun. Having to actually think what you are doing in the ring and having to actually set up your shots, instead of just filling the air with punches knowing some are bound to land, was WAY MORE FUN and CHALLENGING. Spamming for 12 rounds without having to aim or use any strategy is not fun nor challenging.

Spam spam + spam harder because you'll never

I recently had few matches where I counter spammed my opponents spam. Well somewhere in middle of it all I got hit with double noob hook. Little did I care since due to this newbie stamina I knew i could get up so i got up and continued. I ended up getting double noob hooked 3 separate times during the match. Each time I just got up and continue spamming knowing that I would win the round anyway with my spamming and that it is next to impossible to actually KO opponent now.

ALL THANKS TO NOOBIFIED STAMINA.

Stamina used to play a role in a fight, it doesnt anymore. You cant wear anyone down anymore, make them miss, take their stamina away and take them out later on. You can throw endless bombs with new stamina rule.

I dont think the new stamina rule is any good. I do understand Mikkel wants to try something new. Maybe Mikkel can put it somewhere in the middle between how it was and how it is now.

True, but it doesnt answrs Pauls questions to why the change was made.

Its like fighting with full stamina bars for the whole 12 rounds. You can take the stamina bar out of the game like this.

It kind of does... See people are kind of forced to spam in order to have any change of winning rounds which leads to them not having good punching power most of the time which leads to.... less flash KO's.

Why was the change made though? It wasn't broken or anything...everyone loved it! It got no complaints (i dont think) ... I loved it before but now I never play..I just talk in the forum lol

I wonder what the next step will be, take away the sound? Go from OB2D to OB1D? Black and white instead of color?

Stamina was such a good element in the game, now it has no meaning whatsoever anymore.
